Fort Monroe is a short-distance runner’s paradise full of course options & unique scenery to explore:

⁃ Run a grassy off-road loop on the top of the top of the Casemate walls

⁃ Run hill sprints at various points inside the Moat for more intense HIIT workouts

⁃ Run along the Chesapeake Bay boardwalk

⁃ Run on the beach

⁃ Run different routes around the Moat, down neighborhood roads, enjoy waterside views, and see historic structures

Come by the brewery at the end of your run where you can either catch the end of our $5 Happy Hour beers (offered from 5-7pm) or use your 15% Tail Chasers Run Club discount. You earned it!
